Welcome to PSTT...

"... in a group of minds open to innovation" Polish Association of Transport Telematics was registered on 19 March 2007 in the District Court in Katowice. The Association founders consisted of the staff of technical universities, research institutes, and companies from the transport and telecommunication sector. Prof Jerzy Mikulski became the President. The establishment of Polish Association of Transport Telematics was a response to the lack of social awareness in the field of existing and deployable telematic solutions, allowing to improve Polish transport through actions promoting the solutions (but also information exchange and education) from the field of modern intelligent transport systems. The Association is a member of an international network of such organisations (Network of ITS National Organizations at ERTICO) and in this way we obtain unlimited access to European current solutions, and also to the planned actions. This is also an excellent platform for experience exchange and in this field we can also actively participate in development of new solutions. The transfer of such experience onto domestic fields can result in a noticeable improvement to the development state of management systems in transport. The PSTT is also the organiser of International Scientific Congress Transport Systems Telematics, on which the most recent opinions and innovations are discussed in the field of carried out scientific research and business solutions in broadly understood transport telematics. Also publication activity is carried out, which comprises both publication of journals (Archives of Transport System Telematics) and of conference proceedings.

Our Activity

  • Association Membership

    Persons interested in the Association membership can download the declaration and sent it filled in to the PSTT address and to pay a membership fee: regular members - PLN 100/year. A reduced fee for pupils and students is PLN 24/year. The fees should be paid to the Association account with the payment title: ‘membership fee’.

    Regular members of the Association are entitled to participate in the Transport Systems Telematics conference at a reduced price (like for members of the Scientific-Programme Committee).
